5.      Return Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as refunds cannot be issued for items lost during return transit.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable law.

9.      Seed Disclaimer

Seeds are natural biological products and germination results depend on many factors outside our control, including storage conditions, growing methods, climate, soil quality, watering practices, and environmental conditions.

For this reason, Bamboo Seeds cannot guarantee germination rates, plant growth, or cultivation success.

10.  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

·         Used products.

·         Products damaged after delivery.

·         Products improperly stored after delivery.

·         Custom or personalized products.

11.  Customs and Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.
